Pre-filled with MEXC's own fee structure and funding interval. Maintenance margin is left for you to enter โ it depends on your pair and risk-limit tier, and we don't guess it for you.
MEXC is unusual for how high its leverage ceiling goes โ up to 400รโ500ร on BTCUSDT for the smallest positions โ which makes the naive "1/leverage" assumption even further from reality than on most other exchanges. MEXC's own margin ratio formula is MMR = (Maintenance Margin + Liquidation Fee) / (Position Margin + Unrealized PNL), with liquidation triggered once that ratio reaches 100% โ so like Bybit, OKX and KuCoin, the fee is written directly into the trigger, not deducted afterward. BTCUSDT's lowest risk-limit tier is commonly cited around 0.15% MMR, but every tier and pair differs. Check yours on MEXC's risk-limit page โ.
MEXC also runs per-pair "special rate" taker fee promotions that can sit well below its advertised standard rate โ worth checking directly rather than assuming one number applies across every pair you trade. See Liquidation price vs. bankruptcy price for why the fee-in-trigger model changes the math.

BTCUSDT's lowest risk-limit tier is commonly ~0.15% โ but this rises per tier fast and is completely different for altcoins. Check your pair on MEXC โ
Counted twice automatically (opening + closing).
0.02% is MEXC's current BTCUSDT taker rate โ other pairs run their own "special rate" promos. Check your own pair's fee โ
MEXC's own margin-ratio formula adds the liquidation fee to the maintenance margin before checking the 100% trigger โ it moves the trigger, unlike Binance. See the guide.
Most MEXC majors settle every 8h. Some pairs settle more frequently โ check yours, not just this default.
3ร funding payments within the selected holding period (every 8h)
Only used to show a $ liquidation price alongside the % buffer.
Fill in your pair's real MMR before trusting this. We only pre-fill what's genuinely MEXC-wide (fee, funding, trigger behavior) โ never a guessed maintenance margin.
Same maintenance margin rate, fees and funding as above. Exchanges often raise the maintenance margin rate at higher leverage tiers, so the real buffer at the high end can be smaller than shown.
Based on MEXC's mark price, not the chart/last price โ the two can diverge slightly.
Isolated margin only. Cross margin depends on your whole account balance and isn't modeled here.
Very large positions may be liquidated in steps (partial liquidation) above certain tiers.
Auto-deleveraging (ADL) can close a position in extreme cases regardless of the liquidation price.
Assumption: no automatic margin top-up active, and your entered rates stay constant over the holding period.
